WebDymista (azelastine / fluticasone) is a combination medication containing azelastine and fluticasone. It works well to treat seasonal allergies for adults and children 6 years and older, especially if allergies don't improve with nasal steroid medications alone. WebDymista (azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate) Nasal Spray and Flonase (fluticasone) are used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Flonase is also used to control of symptoms of non-allergic rhinitis. Both Dymista and Flonase contain a corticosteroid. Dymista also contains an antihistamine.
